Terms, Conditions & Safety Waiver

Welcome to Kustermans Adventure Farm! We’re all about having a great time, but to keep things safe and fun for everyone, we ask that you follow a few simple rules.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the property, you agree to the following terms and safety requirements.

1. Ticket Instructions & Admission

• Tickets are valid for the date and time of visit as indicated. No extensions or refunds.
• Our E-Ticket contains a unique barcode valid for one entry only.
• Tickets must be scanned at admission; duplicates will be rejected.
• Children under 24 months enter free. All others must have a valid ticket.
• Tickets are transferable but not for resale. Reselling voids the ticket without refund.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Re-entry allowed on the same day (normally 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

2. Conditions of Entry

• All entry is at your own risk.
• Kustermans is not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss.
• Failure to follow staff instructions may result in removal without refund.
• No entry if under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving disruptively.

3. Weather Policy

• If it rains within two hours of entry, a return pass may be issued (no refunds).
• Tickets can be transferred to another day in case of poor weather.
• In case of lightning or tornado warnings, guests will be moved indoors.

4. Liability Waiver

All guests entering the premises must accept and agree to the following:

• You assume all risks associated with the use of any equipment or participation in activities.
• Kustermans is not responsible for injuries, damages, or lost/stolen items.
• You waive all legal claims against Kustermans and its staff.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kustermans from third-party claims resulting from your visit.
• This waiver applies to the current and any future visits to the farm.

5. Code of Conduct

• Be respectful toward staff, animals, and fellow guests.
• No vandalism, theft, or intentional damage — violators will be removed.
• No smoking or vaping in public areas.

6. Photography & Media

• Personal photos and videos are allowed.
• Commercial use requires written permission.

7. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed. Only registered service animals are permitted (with documentation).

8. Safety Rules – Schedule ‘A’

All guests must follow these safety rules while on the premises:

• Participants must be over 3 years or 36 inches tall (unless stated otherwise).
• No food, gum, or drinks near equipment. Remove jewelry and tie back long hair.
• No alcohol, cannabis, or smoking anywhere on the property.
• No climbing, roughhousing, pushing, or sliding headfirst.
• No pets, sharp objects, or personal toys on the premises.
• Adult supervision required at all times for minors.
• Follow all signage, staff instructions, and posted safety guidelines for each attraction.

Attraction-Specific Rules

• Jump Pad: No toddlers under 24 months. No flips, wrestling, or use in wet weather.
• Zip Lines: Ages 4+, 107cm min height, 34–113kg weight. Closed-toe shoes required. Must be seated at all times and kids must take off on their own.
• Hamster Wheels: Children only, one at a time.
• Air Surfers: Ages 5–16 only. Max wind: 25km/h.
• Corn Maze: Stay on path. No picking, eating or throwing corn. Exit by 6:00 PM.
• Corn Pit: No shoes, food, keys, or corn throwing.
• Fire Pits: Only one family per pit, max 8 people. Staff only may tend fires.
• Animal Areas: Use feed cones only. No hand-feeding. We recommend visitors to wash hands after visiting the animals.

9. Final Provisions

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Kustermans Adventure Farm, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, safety rules, and waiver provisions listed above. Terms and policies are subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of each guest to review and comply with the most current version available at the time of their visit.
