Instructions / Terms of Use

• Valid for the date and time of visit indicated on the ticket. No extensions or refunds will be provided.
• Present this original E-Ticket at any one of the admission gates. Photo I.D. may be required to validate the E-Ticket.
• This E-Ticket contains a unique barcode valid for ONE ENTRY ONLY.
• Tickets will be scanned for authenticity, and duplicates will be rejected.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

Conditions of Entry

• All persons entering the property, field, and Adventure Farm do so entirely at their own risk and choose to do so under these conditions.
• No liability for loss, injury, or damage will be accepted by Kustermans. This includes personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
• Guests are expected to follow all posted safety signs and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
• Kustermans reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Admission

• Tickets are only valid for the dates they are purchased for.
• Tickets are valid for one entry to the adventure farm and will be scanned for authenticity. Duplicates will be rejected.
• Children aged 24 months and under are granted free admission.
• All guests aged 24 months and older must have a ticket or pay the admission cost to enter.
• Tickets are transferable to another guest but cannot be resold for profit. Resale or attempted resale will void the ticket without refund.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for supervision purposes.
• Tickets are valid for one day only, from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Guests can leave and return multiple times throughout the day.

Weather Policy

• In the event of rain within two hours of entry to the adventure farm, Kustermans will issue admission cards allowing guests to return on another day. Refunds will not be issued.
• Tickets unused due to bad weather (e.g., rain, thunderstorms) can be transferred to another day.
• In the case of severe weather conditions such as lightning or tornado warnings, Kustermans staff will clear the park and ask guests to move to safety indoors.

Liability Waiver

All persons entering Kustermans will be required to sign a waiver. By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises, guests agree to the following:

• Kustermans Adventure Farm is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while on the property.
• All activities, including but not limited to field activities, playgrounds, and farm attractions, are participated in at the guest’s own risk.
• Kustermans is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff, animals, and other visitors.
• Vandalism, theft, or intentional damage to property will result in immediate removal from the farm and potential legal action.
• No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed in public areas of the farm.

Photography and Media

• Guests may take personal photographs and videos for private use.
• Any commercial photography, videography, or media inquiries must be arranged with Kustermans in advance. Unauthorized commercial use of images or videos is prohibited.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at Kustermans. Exceptions will only be made for registered service animals, which must be kept on a leash and supervised at all times. Service dogs are allowed when accompanied by proper paperwork that verifies their status as a registered service animal.

Final Provisions

• Kustermans reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises, guests agree to abide by all rules and policies set forth by Kustermans.
• If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
